The garden is open Wednesday through Sunday from 10am to 6pm and offers space to stretch in an expansive techno-color gathering space. The tranquil garden features living succulent art walls, handcrafted wood planters, and a fresh citrus grove inspired by the tropical islands of the Philippines. Perfect for afternoon yoga, live performances, private events, and socially distanced get togethers.
Join Kapwa Gardens on Saturday, May 29th from 3:30-5:00pm during the Mural Artist Reception + Artist Mixer to celebrate the unveiling of the inaugural mural by Mural Resident Artist, Vivian Capulong. They are inviting Filipinx + BIPOC artists from all over the Bay Area to partake in the artist mixer.

Manila Bowl Filipino Food Pop-Up. Manila Bowl is serving up Filipino rice bowl classics.
Bahay Kubo Bird House Workshop. In this 1-hr class, you will build a wooden birdhouse using balsa wood, bamboo (some upcycled from the garden), and other natural materials. You can take them home or leave them at Kapwa Gardens to welcome winged friends back to SOMA Pilipinas.
May 30:
Lady Victory Cocktail Truck Pop-up. Relax in the garden oasis with delicious cocktails, beer and wine specials served out of a beautifully converted VW Bus.
Respectable Bird Fried Chicken Pop-up. Respectable Bird is serving up proper fried chicken.
Jun 6:
Hot Hula Fitness + Meditation Workshop. Dance away calories to a group fitness class with hot hula fitness, tuning in with meditative breathwork exercises, and your well-being will have you leaving feeling more at ease.
