The trendy new hotel on Market Street between Fifth and Sixth streets is designed by Handel Architects and will include four food and beverage outlets in total: a ground-floor restaurant called Tenderheart, a rooftop bar and restaurant dubbed Rise Over Run, a more classic hotel bar called Dark Bar, and, lastly, an outpost of Los Angeles’ highly Instagrammable Alfred Coffee. Just 0.8 miles from NEMA San Francisco you’ll find the LINE SF. Let’s take a peek inside:

Definitely the hottest & newest in town, the LINE has thought of everything & brought the hotel, cocktail & food game to the next level. You never need to leave the hotel because Alfred the coffee shop has everything you need downstairs including trendy, delicious Glonuts for your coffee! Then there is Rise over Run rooftop bar which is stunning & has the best, most unique cocktails I've ever had in San Francisco, rivaling many I've had in my life! We had pristine oysters with incredible taste, perfectly shucked and the boneless chicken thigh wings presented in a cage with very much appreciated homemade dressings. Every single cocktail is a home run.” – Alexis B., Yelp

Tenderheart. Discover a menu of multicultural musings. A flowing indoor-outdoor celebration of Northern California cuisine through a multi-cultural lens — by Executive Chef Joe Hou. Tenderheart lives between the lively pulse of Market Street and the grit of the historic Tenderloin neighborhood. Accessible by both Turk and Market Streets, Tenderheart is a casual, communal hub and gathering place for locals and travelers alike. With a menu of comforting yet light, colorful musings of flavor and discovery, Tenderheart nods to Executive Chef Joe Hou’s Chinese-American upbringing and reflects the Bay Area’s rich culinary history and penchant for seasonality. Try the Ricotta Cavatelli. Happy Hour features Drink Specials and Light Snacks like Okonomiyaki Fries on Monday through Friday from 3pm to 5:30pm.

Rise Over Run. Catch panoramic views of the city at this lush rooftop bar and solarium, serving inventive bites and panoramic views of the city. Share a cocktail — by local legend Danny Louie — and a towered canape with friends around a firepit or meander the multicultural offerings of Executive Chef Joe Hou inside the greenhouse.

Alfred. But first, coffee. LA's Alfred Coffee serves an extensive menu of caffeinated beverages in all its finest forms – including their World-Famous Iced Vanilla Latte – along with breakfast foods, pastries, and a menu of take-away items. Try the breakfast sandwich paired with your favorite drink. Come in for a quick cup or stay and catch up on emails with free Wi-Fi and plenty of seating.

“Alfred coffee has some high-end flair. Very cool pool area and open-air restaurant is top notch. Great cocktails and vibe.” - Jessie Shapiro, Google

And if that’s not enough, coming early 2023 Dark Bar will be an intimate lobby bar with cocktails by Danny Louie. Make plans to experience both the grit of the historic Tenderloin and the pioneering tech of Mid-Market at the brand new building in the heart of the Theater District.
