As you may be aware, the City of San Francisco recently extended the shelter in place order until May 3, 2020 (the “Order”). The Order provides stricter requirements (which can be found here) within the city to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Now more than ever, the health and wellness of our community is our top priority. We continue to seek out additional measures that can be implemented to deal with the current situation, to supplement the various policies, technology advancements and resident service initiatives that we have crafted to make residents as safe and comfortable as reasonably possible.

These are stressful times with all the cancellations going on in our community and in our nation as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak.
